Minimum 2 years of previous experience supervising staff
Experience in the automotive industry preferred (if you’re willing to learn, we’re willing to train!)
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous sales/selling experience required - must be comfortable with the sales dynamic
Ambitious, results driven and goal oriented
Ability to work well in a fast-paced multitasking environment
Solid verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills
Detail oriented, with strong decision-making and problem solving skills
Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Self-motivated, yet able to take direction; experience coaching and motivating others Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Must be able to stand for long periods, bend, climb stairs/ladders, and use a computer
Travel by car to stores and customers as needed
