This role works in conjunction with the Deputy of Counter Intelligence Agent Supervisor to support the operations of the Geek Squad Precinct according to standard store operating practices. Responsible for contributing to the teaching, coaching, and appropriate Agent behaviors to execute business group strategies and drive exceptional business results. This role will ensure customers’ end-to-end needs are met and that no customer is ever left with out service or underserved. This role is a brand ambassador for both the Geek Squad and Best Buy brands.
40% of time will be spent supervising the Geek Squad Precinct to ensure no customer is ever left without service or underserved in any way.
50% of time will be spent coaching Agents on how to best execute business strategies and educating on how to effectively improve individual and team performance with a balanced focus on Customer, Employee, and Shareholder. Focus will also be on ensuring Agents are provided with training to develop expertise in providing an excellent customer experience while gaining personal development.
10% of time will be spent performing other duties as assigned.
- 3+ years experience in diagnosing and repairing PCs or consumer electronics
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree in PC repair/Networking
- 1+ years prior supervisory or leadership experience
- A+ certification or equivalent
