McCormick & Schmick’s Seafood Restaurant in Raleigh is seeking an experienced
DINING ROOM MANAGER!
The Dining Room Manager is responsible for ensuring excellence in guest satisfaction through effective training of staff, positive and committed "Do Whatever It Takes" attitude. Hands-on and lead by example management style. Responsible for scheduling and meeting or beating budgeted labor and other cost centers.
At least 3-5 years fine dining experience in full-service, reputable dining establishment.
Ability to communicate with guests and employees using a positive and clear speaking voice, listen to and understand request, respond with appropriate actions and provide accurate information.
Strong knowledge of front of the house operations including foods, beverages, supervisory aspects, service techniques and guest interaction.
Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods.
