  • Manage an assigned territory consisting of various wireless carriers.
  • Fulfill training objectives as assigned per territory.
  • Work collaboratively with the Field Sales Manager to manage monthly sales goals.
  • Ability to create and foster relationships with all levels of carrier management.
  • Develop and execute territory plans that drive sales performance and ROI.
  • Responsible for executing on Carrier specific marketing initiative
  • Greet customers, demonstrate and explain client products and services and close sales.
  • Accountable for driving client's monthly sales, per assigned territory and demonstrating sales leadership within wireless locations by achieving daily, weekly and monthly sales & training goals.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the latest technology as well as the new products and services available through the client.
  • Ensure integrity/relationship with all carrier locations at all times.
  • Assist in maintaining carrier relationships as requested by the client.
  • All other responsibilities that may be defined as the job/position evolve.

  • High School diploma or GED required, college degree is strongly preferred
  • At least one year or equivalent experience selling in the Retail Channel
  • Previous experience selling in the wireless industry preferred
  • Must have one to two years experience training and presenting to both large and small groups
  • Proven history of closing sales, exceeding quotas, and maximizing commission potential
  • Must be willing to work a Tuesday-Saturday work week with flexibility to adjust as needed
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Must be able to work independently and not require constant supervision
  • Must reside in a centrally-located area within the assigned territory
  • Strong work ethic and time management skills
  • Strong computer skills (e.g. MS Office)
  • Must have the aptitude to learn technology and have enthusiasm to sell products
  • Must have reliable transportation
