The Customer Projects Manager is responsible for:
â€¢Total accountability in identifying business opportunities, capture of that business as well as delivery of major projects for nuclear utilities in the United States.
â€¢ Financial responsibility is 30-50 million dollars per year.
â€¢Serving as the formal customer interface through project implementation
â€¢Managing implementation across projects to ensure customer satisfaction.
â€¢Managing and driving project performance to achieve targeted financial goals.
â€¢Providing market intelligence regarding potential customer needs and business development opportunities.
â€¢Identifying business growth opportunities and facilitating closure to achieve orders entered and margin-as-sold objectives.
A successful candidate will possess and have knowledge of the following skills:

- Typically 10 to 15 years of progressively more responsible and varied assignments in nuclear plant engineering, project and resource management, and direct customer interface. Previous management experience typically required.
- A Bachelors degree in Engineering. Advanced degrees are preferred.
- Candidate may be required to travel to domestic and international sites for 31 to 40 percent of time.
- Strong customer interface skills a must.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work with diverse groups.
- SAP Toolbox knowledge preferred.
