Kansas City Homes & Gardens has an outstanding opportunity for an advertising sales professional. The Account Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining partnerships with new and existing customers. The Account Executive promotes and sells established and innovative print & online advertising solutions. This position requires a success-driven, motivated, entrepreneurial and goal-oriented individual who can build strong relationships with our prospective and existing clients.
This is a unique opportunity to join a leading home design magazine brand and push the media and marketing envelope to small and medium sized businesses.
Some specific duties include:
-Developing new sales leads and growing an existing market
-Rebuilding relationships and maintaining favorable contact with past advertising accounts
-Building relationships by performing sales calls, customer service calls and site visits
-Making appointments and presenting advertising options to generate new business
-Managing, servicing and supporting existing clients while generating additional new business
-Meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals
