The General Business (“GB”) Account Manager is responsible for account retention, renewals, and revenue growth in existing small to mid size accounts. The GB Account Managersprimary function is to service, support and sell into assigned base of existing customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and revenue growth. The GB Account Manager will actively identify opportunities to grow revenue into existing accounts. The position will interact, primarily over the phone, with customers on a regular basis both regionally and locally. The GB Account Manager has ownership, accountability, and responsibility for success of the accounts and of ensuring that iCore sustains incumbency in an existing account. The GB Account Manager will be responsible for sustaining a high level of customer satisfaction among all locations of assigned national accounts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Retention of accounts through exceptional customer care and follow-up.
Consistent attainment of revenue goals and quota attainment (MRC, NRC, and Net Seat Adds)
Serve as the day-to-day liaison with assigned clients to ensure successful and timely completion of customer requests.
Manage and reconcile many demands across internal diverse functional groups to achieve desired results for the benefit of the client.
Conduct regularly, proactive service calls
Candidate should have strong sales skills and a proven track record of developing and maintaining customer relations.
