Responsible for managing integrated marketing for a
specific brand or group of brands.
Leads the development and implementation of the
commercialization process from New Product Introduction
(NPI) to end of life, working with product management,
brand management, sales, operations, field technical
excellence and finance. Works with product management,
learning solutions, field technical support and sales to
include relevant commercialization content in all NPI
marketing stage-gate reviews. Works with brand
management teams to translate marketing objectives into
functional consumer promotion strategies and tactics.
Responsible for the development and execution of
value-added programs including, but not limited to,
loyalty/continuity programs, event and local marketing,
sampling and in-store merchandising events. Responsible
for developing consumer promotion savings by leveraging
the multiple brand purchases of media, printing,
fulfillment, and premiums. Provides key input into
pricing policies and strategic pricing initiatives.
Drives improved distributor, dealer and customer
satisfaction. Analyzes programs and recommends strategic
and annual improvements based on feedback. Manages a
marketing team and leads cross-functional projects.
Requires a bachelors degree or equivalent and at least
12 years relevant experience including at least 3 years
in a managerial role. MBA preferred.
Requires extensive knowledge of data collection,
analytics and marketing strategy. Must have expertise in
customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for
services, and evaluating customer satisfaction.
Demonstrates expert knowledge of media production,
communication, and dissemination techniques and methods.
This includes alternative ways to inform and entertain
via written, oral, and visual media. Must have strong
written and verbal communication skills. Requires the
ability to lead a marketing and analytics team and
coordinate cross-functional projects.
