People Operations strives to revolutionize human resources the same way that Google has revolutionized search. You'll be a champion of Google's culture and values, partnering with our business leaders to help them build their organizations and make sure all people decisions are based on data. Whether coaching your clients on how to lead their teams, navigating and resolving employee relations issues or managing programs that help develop our Googlers, you are exceptionally focused on putting them first, and being as clear and transparent as possible to help Googlers understand how people decisions get made.
Manage the communication and delivery of our HR programs for People Ops from start to finish, working side-by-side with the People Operations HRBPs. Programs including, but not limited to: compensation programs, performance management, upward feedback programs, employee satisfaction survey action planning, talent reviews and more.
Take a "hands-on" approach to project management and be comfortable setting program strategies as well as run day-to-day implementation.
Proactively improve existing and create new processes for our key programs, overseeing each process through from conception to implementation stages.
Manage the communications for our program roll-outs, solicit feedback from the functional HRBPs for what works best in their particular function.
Partner with other People Operations teams to drive innovation in our HR programs and roll-outs.
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of relevant HR experience; Business Partner, Generalist and/or consulting background.
Team player with extraordinary communications skills, high tolerance for ambiguity and a rapidly changing environment.
Excellent project management skills and analytical ability; demonstrated success in developing a project and influencing cross-functional partners to deliver results.
Demonstrable ability to communicate effectively with senior executive leadership and superior people influencing skills.
Ability to think big and holistically, and still achieve a high attention to detail.
