--Doesn't have to live in NYC.
-Will report into the CEO
-Fully commisioned based on % of sales. The more business you bring in the more money you make. Get a percentage of every sales.
-Will negotiate on a base salary plus commision after sales/Clients are developed.
-Represents the trades of our business. They are speciality retailers, big box retailers, fast food/white table cloth restaurants, property management, sporting arenas, banks/supermarkets/drug store chains, gov't, airports/airlines.
Desired Skills & Experience
1. Must be in the FM industry for a minimum of 5 years.
2. Very well known in the FM industry.
3. Experienced in the bidding process and sales presentations.
