Provides support for the implementation and administration of compensation and benefits policies and programs for Latin America. Participates in compensation and benefits surveys.

The position may prepare special studies and recommendations on subjects such as incentive compensation, bonus plans, sales compensation or stock options. Administers and communicates the company’s benefit program regarding plan options, policy features, enrollment, and other requirements; assists employees with benefit claim administration inquiries.

Assists in planning, developing, and redesigning company benefit programs and analyze costs.

Essential Functions:
Recommend, conduct, and participate in salary surveys in order to maintain competitive compensation levels in the organization.

Analyze salary survey data and develop merit budget recommendations, MRPs, and variable compensation elements. Includes keeping the compensation database accurate with current compensation structures.

Completes pay practice studies to ensure Latin America countries are in compliance with local compensation regulations. This may include compensation elements such as meal tickets/food allowances, savings plans, profit sharing, and competitiveness and impact on retention. If a union is present in a country, will be responsible in collaborating to set compensation strategy.

Work directly with HR business partners in the administration of current compensation (i.e. offers, base pay and variable pay) to include analyzing and communicating pay administration programs and practices.

Participates with SAP initiatives for the region.

May assist with the Global Benefits team with directly working with local brokers and insurance providers to understand benefits competitiveness, costs, coverage and work to reduce costs while keeping benefits the same or better. Gets involved in yearly renewals and review benefits of insurance where applicable.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of eight years of compensation experience.

Internal Senior HR generalists with strong analytical skills interested in compensation may also be considered.

Bachelor's degree.

Desired Qualifications
Knowledge of Spanish is desired.
