85 bed SNF that previously had a contract rehab company is going IN-HOUSE! We are seeking a full-time PT ASAP. The building is newly built in the past 2 years and is beautiful. The facility also has a large rehab gym with modern equipment. They attract the best rehab candidates and their average length of stay is a couple of weeks. They have mostly a short-term population.
The company is very supportive and treat employees as part of the family. It is one of several buildings that are privately owned by two down-to-earth gentlemen. They have an 80-85% productivity, however they don't push productivity as they do not want their therapists working under the restraints of productivity. They cover weekends with per diems, therefore weekends are NOT mandatory. They use rehab optima for electronic documentation. Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance, 401K and 23 Paid Time Off (PTO) per year.
