The Intelligence Systems Business Unit of SAIC has a career opening for a Help Desk Specialist in Atlanta, GA.

JOB SUMMARY:
SAIC is building a team to provide IT repair, maintenance, operations, logistics, and engineering services to ensure secure, reliable, and uninterrupted availability of Army Military Intelligence Enterprise IT Systems.

PRIMRY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Providing Tier I and basic Tier II support to customers with hardware, software, and application problems.
• Work through all types Tier II issues with telephone assist.
• Capable of running an entire remote site by themselves with demanding customers in austere locations.
• Able to load cryptographic keys and perform basic troubleshooting on many types of hardware.
Qualifications:
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
• A High School diploma and a minimum of three years experience in a DOD classified environment with knowledge of cryptographic hardware, be familiar with network equipment, cabling, etc.
• Currently possess an active TS/SCI.
• Possess the DoD 8750 Certification at IAT II.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Possess the ITIL Foundation.
