: Lane Bryant Outlet is searching for Part Time Sales Associates for our Leeds, AL store. The Sales Associate is the ambassador for our brand and the most important connection to our customers. If you are a retail professional with a passion for the business we would love to speak with you!

Position Roles and Responsibilities:

Service *
  • Greeting all customers with a smile *

  • Identifying their needs and preferences *

  • Helping them make product selections and offering different choices *

  • Assisting in the fitting room *

  • Offering credit and capturing their information for future business *

  • Closing the sale by ringing up customers and inviting them to visit again *

  • Always does the right thing for the customer, partners with leadership when issues arise.

Execution *
  • Assist with the processing of shipment and replenishment. *
  • Help complete the signing and markdown process. *
  • Work with the leadership team to execute merchandising and visual. *
  • Uphold all policies and procedures. *
  • High level of loss prevention awareness. *
  • Maintain standards of the store consistently. *
  • Work efficiently to complete all tasks, partner with leadership consistently.

  • Always has a positive and pleasant demeanor. *

  • Help new associates get acclimated to the store, be there to answer questions. *

Job Requirements
: Position Qualifications: *
  • 3+ years of retail experience in a specialty retail apparel company. *
  • Strong understanding of customer service. *
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. *
  • Loves customer service and can handle multiple client needs. *
  • Multi tasker and self-starter. *
  • Has a strong work ethic and is eager to learn. *
  • Operates with the highest level of professionalism and integrity. *
  • Positive and enthusiastic. Always a brand and customer champion. *
  • Fashionable, up on the trends and an ambassador for the brand. *
  • Availability that fits business needs, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
