About Us:
St Anne's, established in 1908, is a nonprofit organization. We have a number of programs including a residential facility for at risk girls, a transitional housing program for at risk women, an Early Learning Center for their children as well as providing mental health services to families within our area.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative, operational and service support to Program Director by ensuring a stable operation: oversight of timely completion of all maintenance and equipment replacements; oversight of a well maintained facility; manage reception area; support families in intake process; safety and security of residents; maintain files.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Meet with clients to complete initial intake interview Timely collection of rents and daily deposits
Deliver rent receipts to residents
Prepare and submit monthly management reports to supervisor
Coordinate with Director on all occupancy changes
Coordinate with Director on all delinquencies, evictions and other serious resident issues Greet and direct families and guest at the reception desk, when necessary
Manage and direct incoming phone calls
Maintain tracking system for family files
Administer petty cash funds or American Express purchases accordingly
Comply with all Federal, State and local Fair Housing Laws
Ensure the facility is available for inspection at all times
Schedule, coordinate and attend meetings
Assume responsibility for the facility safety, cleanliness and security
Complete all necessary documentation in a timely manner
Maintain accurate and complete documentation
Oversee maintenance and housekeeping requests and ensure apartments are maintained according to program standards
Hours: M-Thurs, 11am-6pm, every other Friday 6am-2pm .
Requirements:
2 years property manager experience
BA or AA in related field and/or work experience in the social service field preferred
Excellent typing, grammar, spelling, punctuation and editing skills
Experience in Microsoft Office, Excel, Internet, Classic
Excellent verbal communication skills with clients, visitors, volunteers, and employees. .
