Family owned wine and spirits distributor is looking for
qualified Account Executive. The ideal candidate must
possess excellent communication and rapport building
skills; be willing to travel overnight, have ability to
develop partnership with chain buyers and suppliers,
understand the principles of category management,
organize, analyze and communicate market information,
develop strategies to achieve the company and supplier
objectives by forecasting sales and planning activities.
Skill set summary – business awareness, sales execution,
category management, information management, leadership.
Must be flexible to work as business demands dictate and
plan time and activities to maximize company objectives.
o Must be at least 21 years of age
o Possess a valid Arizona State driver’s license with a
responsible MVR (motor vehicle report for past 39 months
o Bachelor degree in related field or equivalent
o Two years of account / category management / sales
experience in the beverage alcohol industry preferred
o Must possess good working knowledge of Microsoft
o Excellent communication, negotiation and
o Proven track record of applying successful market
awareness and sales execution; forecasting and planning
activities; information management and effective
o Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion.
o Willing to work a flexible schedule, including
evenings and weekends.
o Experience in Arizona market preferred
