Park Aids perform routine custodial and general facility and equipment maintenance duties, assist visitors, collect fees and assist in the operation of a State park. Incumbents perform in a trainee capacity and acquire the knowledge, skills and abilities required in this occupation. Park Aid positions for the Elko Region are located at: South Fork State Recreation Area-Elko/Spring Creek, Nevada and Wildhorse State Recreation Area-Elko/Mountain City, Nevada When applying for this recruitment, you will be asked to answer a "Pre-screening" question, that indicates your willingness to accept employment for any or all of the State parks listed above.
