Provide technical and program management support to the DoD Counter-Narcoterrorism Technology Program Office (CNTPO) in the area of Delivery Assurance/Quality Assurance. As part of the CNTPO acquisition team, this individual will be the CNTPO's in theater representative and will track and verify the delivery of goods and services and provide continuity and oversight, as required, of various task orders issued under the CNTPO IDIQ and other CNTPO contracts. The support required will involve familiarization with delivery requirements in regards to commercial construction, document and communicate any quality issues and/or deviation from the delivery terms of the contract, and may include interfacing with local DoD, Coalition, and partner nation personnel to include working with senior level DoD and civilian personnel.
Willingness to travel overseas to areas such as, but not limited to: Afghanistan, Pakistan,T ajikistan and Africa.
Hands on experience with commercial construction, with construction standards, International Building Codes, and Civil Engineering
Extensive experience with commercial building site inspections and oversight
Hands-on experience in masonry, steel structures, electrical, plumbing and foundry skills
Experience working OCONUS with DoD organizations and partner nations desired
May be required to undergo weapons and CRC training for OCONUS travel
Bachelors Degree in Engineering or 7 years of equivalent industry experience in commercial construction
Active Secret Clearance Required
