Responsibilities:
·

Data entry of all professional and non-professional development courses in our Learning Management System

·

Inventory, printing, assembly, and fulfillment of materials for training courses

·

Maintain inventory of existing professional development course materials

·

Manage reporting permissions in our Learning Management System and offer training on generating reports

·

Extract reports from our Learning Management System needed to help inform solutions, measure success, and communicate results for each Talent Management Center of Excellence

·

Manage all reservations for equipment used within Talent Management

·

Manage all PC room reservations for PC rooms owned by Talent Management

·

Research and respond to all inquiries received in the Learning Management System mailbox

·

Offer support during webinars conducting in Adobe Connect

·

Conduct testing of corporate Web applications that impact our Learning Management System

·

Extract reports from Talent Center needed for metrics

·

Proactively partner with Talent Management leadership to support the work of their respective Center of Excellence

Qualifications

Qualifications

·

Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or the equivalent combination of education, professional certifications, and work experience

·

3+ years of experience in business support or other relevant work experience

·

Experience working with Learning Management Systems

·

Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access

·

Experience using Adobe Connect
