This position will be responsible for the direct support of all clinical and academic computing operations for USF Health. The duties mainly will consist of phone support and in person computer support.

Minimum Qualifications (Education & Experience):
Technical school degree (Associates) or 1 year of experience in a technology support position. Related school coursework and certifications may substitute for experience when relevant.

Preferred Qualifications (Education & Experience):
Bachelor's in an Information Technology related field and 2 years computer support experience in an IT environment support end users and technology. Industry certifications in Dell, A+, Network+, and Microsoft are a plus.

Special Skills/Licenses/Training/Certifications Necessary:
Customer Service skills a must, good oral and written communication skills are also required.
