The Email Production Associate plays a mission-critical role in Joss & Main’s business, managing the production, execution, and reporting of Joss & Main’s daily event mailings which drive a significant portion of our business. This role will report to the Member Marketing Manager.
Qualifications
Strong HTML skills required - Must have experience with hand coding emails
Passion for home decor and eCommerce
1+ year email marketing experience is a plus
Strong analytical skills.
Familiarity of email best practices, deliverability, CANSPAM
Self-starter / self-motivated, capable of staying on track and pursuing solutions without supervision
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Bachelors Degree required
Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end email production process for all email deployments, which includes building all email campaigns (includes html coding by hand).
QA all emails, ensuring all content is accurate and all links are working
Work closely with creative, marketing, and technology teams to ensure timely delivery of all creative assets.
Track and report on results for all email campaigns, providing daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards
Optimize results for email campaigns by testing subject lines, creative, copy etc.
Ensure high inbox deliverability rate for all email campaigns.
Be the expert on email best practices/technologies/trends/CAN-SPAM laws.
