Create a warm, welcoming, and safe environment in the HMSA Solution Center (Lobby area) where we build deep, meaningful relationships with HMSA’s members and visitors. HMSA cherishes our members and the Customer Relations Concierge provides the first, lasting impression.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet members/visitors to the HMSA Solution Center immediately upon their arrival. Visitors include providers, HMSA employees, employer representatives/executives, media representatives, contractors, and government officials. Direct members/visitors to the appropriate staff person or area who can assist them. Contact HMSA staff who are expecting these visitors.
Assist with Customer Relations fulfillment (administrative) functions including mailing out correspondence/brochures, fulfilling duplicate card requests, completing address labels, backing up corporate operator duties, etc.
Coordinate, monitor, document and regulate servicing order of members/visitors based on individual requests to assure that members/visitors are seated promptly and timely. Must exercise judgment to work with HMSA management, primarily Customer Relations and Account Management & Sales, when members/visitors are waiting for an extended period of time.
Maintain a neat and organized appearance of the public section of the Lobby which includes the concierge desk, waiting area. Maintain a supply of informational brochures and flyers to present to members on request.
Distribute badges to visitors and compile monthly badge report and translator report.
Validate parking tickets for members and maintains records for parking stickers.
Associate’s degree from two-year college and/or two years customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Passion for customer servicing.
Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft PC applications.
