PRIMARY POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

POSITION TITLE: Campus Recruiter
REPORTS TO: Manager - Recruiting

PURPOSE: 

Manage the execution of all on-campus recruitment initiatives specifically related to the Corporate Internship and Full Time Training Programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Establish and maintain a positive rapport with key campus personnel, special interest groups and candidates. 
Select specific campuses to focus search for Merchandising, Planning, Inventory Planning and Marketing for internship and training program opportunities. 
Partner with HR and Recruiting teams to establish goals, priorities and objectives for the upcoming season. 
Work one year in advance of hiring needs. 
Direct contact for entry-level hiring needs across Merchandising, Planning, Inventory Planning, Marketing and other departments as needed. 
Coordinate interviews at all phases of the recruiting process including on-site, off site, after hours and phone interviews. 
Ensure consistent communication regarding candidate search and status to appropriate business partners through meetings, email, voice mail updates and reports. 
Manage offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, offer letter generations and offer responses. 
Negotiate and recommend campus employment offers by partnering with hiring manager, senior management and HR team. 
Maintain updates and searches in AE’s recruiting system, including entry of new job postings, select candidates and activity status information. 
Keep accurate records as it relates to candidate activity.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

Bachelor's Degree required and corporate retail experience a must. 
A minimum of 2+ years of corporate recruitment experience. 
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and business writing communication skills. 
Travel is required, including the potential for international travel. 
High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications. 
Strong creative, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, and presentation skills. 
Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team. 
Ability to work with and influence senior management. 
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment. 
Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.
