The Sr. Client Manager- Casualty is r
esponsible for maintaining relationship with client decision makers on complex casualty accounts. Coordinates annual renewal strategy, marketing efforts and carrier negotiations.
Provides detailed cost and coverage analysis and provides loss projection and collateral analysis to clients.
Answers client policy and coverage questions.
Consults with clients daily on contracts, exposure changes and loss issues.
Coordinates claim review meetings for selected accounts.
Manages account team to meet deliverable timeline.
Represents the large account service team in prospect meetings and provides marketing support as pertains to new business opportunities.
A minimum of seven to ten years of insurance industry experience related to servicing complex Casualty accounts within insurance brokerage or carrier environments required.
BA/BS degree, in related field of studies a plus. Property & Casualty and other state licenses required.
Related professional designations (CIC, CPCU, ARM) preferred.
Well developed work flow processing, time management, multi tasking, relationship building, analytical and prioritization skills are must haves.
Requires excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, customer service and team building skills.
Requires ability to meet deadlines without sacrificing accuracy and attention to detail as well as the ability to work independently, problem solve and provide expert advice and consultation to management on risk management issues in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency with and working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Excel a must.
