Responsible for the daily scheduling of all in-patient and/or out-patient procedures in multiple sites and specialities at Grant and Riverside campuses, as well as, all other affiliated patient care facilities.
High School graduate; Knowledge of medical procedures; Basic computer and typing skills in word processing and data entry; 2 yrs experience in health care setting or 2 yrs scheduling experience; 2 yrs secretarial or unit clerk experience.
Additional Job Information
Experience with Athena, Scheduling and answering multiline phones. Willing to travel to outreach offices if needed.
