Provides customer service and support to residents, associates, families, & visitors; answers primary phone line transferring calls to the appropriate person/department; and provides other clerical office support as directed. High school diploma or GED preferred. 1-2yrs office experience with customer service skills, above average phone/communications knowledge, and typing ability of 45wpm preferred. Computer skills to include Microsoft Word and Excel.
