Job Description:
This person is responsible for planning, directing and
coordinating all production employee activities within
the facility. Assisting floor leads to coordinate the
efforts of employees to achieve specific production
activities. Performs related M.D.I. duties including but
not limited to performance reviews, daily scrap and
efficiencies and help promote and maintain a safe
workplace for everyone.
Specific Duties
Provides leadership- through MDI to the department leads
and employees. Plans and delegates workloads to
production areas and adjust assignments as necessary.
Continually reviews standards of job performance and
works with employees to improve performance and safety.
Provides employees with feedback regarding performance
with a focus on positive reinforcement and employee
Responsible to meet or exceed production requirements on
a daily basis to ensure 100% OTD to customers.
Pursues continuous improvement by developing,
implementing and supporting solutions / strategies to
increase productivity, reduce scrap and improve the
Serves on and leads teams within their respective site
to solve problems or improve performance, safety,
quality, on time delivery and output.
Actively works to improve employee morale and address
employee concerns.
Responsible for working on areas for improvement
generated through the SQDC Boards.
Administers Company Policies and Procedures and follows

Provides employee with positive discipline as needed.
Responsible for safety programs and ensures compliance
with all EH & S requirements in facility or department
as assigned.
Works with floor leads to complete required performance
appraisals on employees on time.
Prepare reports and presentations as required.
Responsible for inventory accuracy in conjunction with
Scrap / Rework.
Represent CBF in a positive and professional manner and
continuously demonstrate the Company’s Core Values.
Works as a team member by interacting and communicating
with fellow employees in a cooperative and constructive
Participates in and supports the Company’s CBF

Job Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible work
experience in a manufacturing organization involved in
direct supervision of production employees. Ideal
candidate would be a “hands-on” person with shop floor
experience. Knowledge of diverse manufacturing processes
is a plus, with ISO and Quality Systems. Must have held
supervisory/management positions and have a proven track
record. Six Sigma / Lean / TOC training is a plus.
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business
Administration or Engineering; however, with 5 – 7 years
of experience and a proven track record the degree may
be waived.
