This person is responsible for planning, directing and
coordinating all production employee activities within
the facility. Assisting floor leads to coordinate the
efforts of employees to achieve specific production
activities. Performs related M.D.I. duties including but
not limited to performance reviews, daily scrap and
efficiencies and help promote and maintain a safe
workplace for everyone.
Provides leadership- through MDI to the department leads
and employees. Plans and delegates workloads to
production areas and adjust assignments as necessary.
Continually reviews standards of job performance and
works with employees to improve performance and safety.
Provides employees with feedback regarding performance
with a focus on positive reinforcement and employee
Responsible to meet or exceed production requirements on
a daily basis to ensure 100% OTD to customers.
Pursues continuous improvement by developing,
implementing and supporting solutions / strategies to

Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible work
experience in a manufacturing organization involved in
direct supervision of production employees. Ideal
candidate would be a “hands-on” person with shop floor
experience. Knowledge of diverse manufacturing processes
is a plus, with ISO and Quality Systems. Must have held
supervisory/management positions and have a proven track
record. Six Sigma / Lean / TOC training is a plus.
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business
Administration or Engineering; however, with 5 – 7 years
