Description
Responsible for systems analysis, applications and development and implementation of business applications. Meets with clients to identify project requirements, develops project plans, writes specification, establishes time lines and milestones, tests and implements applications to the client's specifications. Performs varied tasks related to research, evaluation and selection of new information systems, and is responsible for needs assessments, long-range plans, vendor research, contract evaluation/negotiation and product recommendation.
Qualifications
Education: - Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems preferred. Experience; or other business-related field. - Four to six years experience in computer programming and/or systems analysis or experience with healthcare business and/or clinical operations.
