Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Develops, executes and supports marketing programs within assigned segments and channels that meet sales and strategic growth objectives
Interfaces and collaborates cross-functionally to design and implement programs
Develops, manages and tracks project plans and schedules
Conducts program forecasting and return on investment analysis
Tracks, measures and reports on key success metrics of marketing programs
Partners with advertising and branding to produce program support materials
Demonstrates active brand stewardship
Applies creativity and innovation in the application of new and emerging technologies and marketing methodologies
May perform other duties as assigned
Three to five years marketing experience
A four-year degree in marketing, business or related field
MBA or advanced degree preferred
Track record of successfully managing multiple, concurrent projects and consistently delivering on time and within budget
Strong sense of urgency and outstanding time management skills
Uses appropriate influencing skills, understanding the proper balance between being collaborative and assertive
Extremely good follow through on details and action items
Strong external orientation with understanding of customer, market and distribution dynamics
Knowledge and understanding of how to leverage market segmentation
Strong analytical skills and fluency in the development and use of metrics
Ability to work credibly with all levels of the sales organization
Innovative and assertive, with the ability to apply new methodologies, techniques and technology to marketing programs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong presentation skills
Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Innovative and knowledgeable in generating creative solutions
Partners well with others in the home office for effective implementation of cross functional marketing programs
Meets the standards for this position, as defined in the Talent Management Framework
