To administer the QuickBase Applications in support of multiple projects and offices

Creates, maintains, and finalized QuickBase Application design.

Provide administrative support for various markets, offices, and initiatives.

Conduct training sessions for internal professionals and external vendors.

Provide technical support to professionals and external vendors.

Provide input into application enhancements

Provided assistance in rolling out new enhancement

Prepare status reporting

Supports continuous improvement efforts and the change management effects associated with the implementation of improvements.

Fulfillment of these duties may require travel to various offices currently located within the continental US.

Filing - Intermediate

Desktop PC - Basic

Microsoft Word - Intermediate

Microsoft Excel - Intermediate

Microsoft Power Point - Basic

Microsoft Outlook (Email, Calendar, Contacts) - Intermediate

Electronic file storage system - Advanced

Project Management Systems Basic

Multi-tasking ability (Prioritize, Organize, and Schedule Work) - Intermediate

Problem Solving (Identify, Analyze, Research, Evaluate, and Resolve) - Intermediate

Human Relations Skills (Written, Verbal, and Client Service) - Intermediate

Workgroup's Policies & Procedures - Intermediate

Division Administrative Policies & Procedures - Intermediate

Division Project Policies & Procedures - Basic

Experience with Quickbase

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Database Administration or related field preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience performing duties comparable to those of a database administration.
