Under Armour is looking for an MBA Women’s Apparel Rookie to assist in making great product
What you’ll do as the MBA Women’s Apparel Rookie:
Create an in-depth market overview of the Women’s Apparel market
Research areas including health and future direction of the industry
Speak directly with the consumer to gain customer feedback
Drive information internally to PLM’s and other partners
Analyze and assess data covering a diverse set of groups
Synthesize data and present specific recommendations with internal departments
What UA is looking for in their MBA Women’s Apparel Rookie:
Proven ability to think critically, problem solve, analyze needs, and offer solutions
High degree of verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to effectively and concisely present information at all levels
High degree of functionality in statistics and financial equations
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment, and work as part of a team
Additional Skills and Experience
Consumer and business analytics are a must
Ability to dissect and comprehend raw data
Consumer segmentation and targeting
Marketing strategy (long and short-term)
Internal client partnership-building with product teams
Budgeting, ROI quantification
Intellectual curiosity and ability to learn quickly

Qualifications to be considered :
Must be currently enrolled in the first year of an MBA program
Minimum of 3-7 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced, consumer-driven company
Willingness and ability to relocate to Baltimore, Maryland during the duration of the internship, Tuesday, May 28, 2013 – Friday, August 9, 2013
