Develops and maintains customer relationships by selling Bank products and providing excellent customer service.

Manages customer portfolios and cross-sells Sovereigns products & services.
Actively engages in customer outreach efforts focused on managing a weekly lead list.
Responds to customer inquiries and concerns to creates positive solutions.
Conducts customer appointments and engages in customer conversations following a prescribed sales process designed to effectively uncover customer needs and provide relevant customer solutions.
Interviewing and processing consumer loan/credit line requests for customers, and obtaining referrals from loan customers.
Provides consumer loan solutions for customers from origination through closing.
Develops and maintains relationships with business partners to increase cross-sell opportunities and achieve sales goals.
Develops and maintains relationships with in-branch partners to include the teller team.
Manages the account opening process with minimal errors and is comfortable with cash handling transactions (if applicable).
Provides deposit account solutions through effective implementation of the new account opening process. Completes basic cash handling transactions when necessary.
Handles daily account maintenance and other service issues as necessary.
Promptly responds to all customer requests by providing ongoing deposit account maintenance and overall relationship servicing.
HS Graduate or Equivalent.
Over one year experience selling products and 1+ customer service experience.
Identify specific knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for satisfactory execution of the positions primary duties & responsibilities.
Ability to generate new business by outbound calling, customer referrals and community involvement.
Exceptional customer service skills, client first approach.
