Residential rentals job opportunities. Several experienced residential rental agents required by investment fund which is purchasing hundreds of SFHs. Responsibilities involve processing of data coming from buying brokers, agreeing offers, and ensuring the SFHs meet the standard criteria prior to purchase via personal site visits. Inspections to detail the actual condition of properties, both good and bad, as well as the surrounding areas.
Must have at least 4 years’ experience in residential leasing / rentals. Opportunities in Orlando; Tampa; Sarasota; Cape Coral; Naples; Miami. Own car required. US$18 / hr + gas + expenses.
