To oversee and lead the development, implementation and monitoring of the marketing and selling strategies for the US brands for pet products. Over see the technical support to the marketing team to ensure successful and coordinated product launches.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage and direct the development of brand objectives and strategic plans. Oversee development of tactical plans (sales/promotional tools, conventions/symposia, PR/media, web strategy, market research, etc.) to ensure attainment of annual goals.
Represent brand with internal and external stakeholders. Lead the development of brand positioning, messaging, and brand personality to ensure these components are executable. Ensure appropriate strategic direction is communicated to and executed by external agencies.
Ensure continuous review of product and market performance, competitive intelligence, field force capacity and needs, market research to identify key growth opportunities and hurdles facing the brand; ensure development of appropriate action and contingency plans.
Forecast and monitor Gross and Net Sales for the brand to ensure brand contributions are in line with corporate expectations. Meet financial targets for the brand including net sales, discounts and market share.
Chair/lead cross-functional teams involving Marketing, Sales, Market Research, Regulatory, Legal and Medical, actively soliciting team expertise and input in the development and execution of brand strategies.
Develop, coordinate and execute annual business plan as per schedule.
Coach, develop, motivate and monitor team members' performance, to include: develop actionable Max plans, provide regular feedback, and conduct timely Max Plan reviews. Identify performance challenges, create action plans and monitor the effectiveness of these action plans.
Performs all Company business in accordance with all regulations (e.g., EEO, FDA, etc.) and Company policy and procedures. When violations are noted/observed they are to be immediately reported to management. Demonstrates high ethical and professional standards with all business contacts in order to maintain BIVI's excellent reputation within the animal health community and internally.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
Minimum 8 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Minimum 3 years successful marketing management experience
Demonstrated strong leadership, negotiation and project management skills.
Excellent analytical, communication, creativity and organization/planning skills
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
Must be willing to submit to a background investigation, including verification of your past employment, criminal history, and educational background
Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required)
Must be 18 years of age or older
