Johnson & Johnson Consumer Products Company is recruiting for Senior Finance Analyst within the NA Consumer Supply Chain Finance organization to be located in Skillman, NJ.

Johnson & Johnson Consumer Products Company Division of Johnson & Johnson Consumer Companies, Inc. develops and markets baby care, wound care and skin care products that address the needs of consumers and health care professionals and incorporate the latest innovations. The portfolio includes heritage brands JOHNSON'S® Baby and BAND-AID® Brand, as well as leading skin care brands such as AVEENO® and CLEAN & CLEAR®.

This role is part of the NA Supply Chain Finance Organization and provides direct support to the NA Consumer Supply Chain Organization. The role will report to the Supply Chain Manager and will be responsible for Inventory Planning/Management for the Beauty and Baby businesses, budget management and support, Supply Chain and several special projects that directly support the Home Office Supply Chain Finance organization. Specific responsibilities include: Inventory Planning/Management for Beauty and Baby. SLOB support, including analysis, mitigation, and reduction plans analysis. Management and forecasting of quarterly inventory reserves, including meetings with Supply Chain planners to optimize productive inventory levels and minimize financial risk through effective inventory management. Financial support for S&OP meetings by serving as a key participant to help drive appropriate business decisions while mitigating financial impact. (Liquidations, Destructions, Donations, etc). Partner with Marketing Finance to manage P&L impact of inventory decisions.

Budgeting and Forecasting for Supply Chain Planning, Project Management, Enterprise Master Data, and Trade Customization departmental spending. Responsible for spending and headcount forecasting, management and actual reporting. Provide analysis around spend and insights to leadership. Special Projects related to inventory planning and management.

Qualifications

A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Finance or Accounting. Financial certifications and/or a graduate degree is a plus. A minimum of three (3) years of Finance/Accounting experience is a required. Prior finance experience in a Supply Chain space is highly preferred. Experience in Cost Accounting and Inventory Accounting is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel is required. The ability to interact with senior level management and collaborate/influence across functions is required. The ability to work independently and collaboratively with business partners is required.
