GENERAL FUNCTIONS:
The position is responsible for daily activities related to the sale of loans in the secondary market.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Assist with purchase advice data entry.

Assist with preparation of documents for delivery to secondary market investor.

Complete data required for import into investor selling systems.

Validate closed loan information matches lock.

Reconcile investor purchase advice versus lock confirmation and investor commitment.

Assist with monitoring of secondary market commitments.

Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills.

Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally.

Ability to resolve interpersonal conflict and miscommunications.

Keenly aware of timing to fulfill required deadlines.

Knowledge of spreadsheet software and ability to use word processing software.

Must be able to be bonded.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES:
In this position, individual will be expected to lift up to 20 pounds from time to time. Also, must be able to stoop, bend, reach or stand for extended periods of time. Must be able to sit and use a computer for extended periods of time.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
This position is expected to work in general office environment and may have to travel for visits to other credit union facilities or travel for training purposes.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Mortgage lending experience is required. Must be self-motivating and task oriented.
