To record gifts and pledges for all components of Dartmouth College. Implements rules and regulations established by the Gift Recording Office which meet the standards set forth by IRS and CASE guidelines.
Skills & Knowledge:
Knowledge of basic accounting concepts. Knowledge of daily receipts processing. Proficient with department-specific computer applications. Demonstrated accountability for work and accuracy. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and with a team. Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Results oriented.
Two years of accounting or relevant business experience or life experience appropriate to the position Database management system experience. Experience with high pressure situations, high volume/peak periods and time constraints.
Associates degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
