Education and formal training : High school diploma required. Medical terminology class or equivalent training.
Work experience : Office operations experience, documented computer skills.
Knowledge, skills and abilities required : Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
