The Education Administrator will work within the Leadership and Organizational Development department of Experian’s Human Resources organization. This position will support our Distance Learning Infrastructure, Corporate Education team and the Leadership Development group. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities will include:
Using your organizational and computer skills to provide educational, administrative and general office support to our Distance Learning Infrastructure & Operations group. Maintaining the learning management system (LMS) and records in accordance with internal procedures. Responding with form letters to routine requests. Typing letters and memoranda regarding new processes or procedures. Provide support for ILT classes such as printing materials, classroom setup, and catering. Assembling relevant data, compiling information, and acting as the primary contact for scheduling and coordination of classes and training rooms. Assists and coordinates training activities and services to internal and external clients. Provide initial troubleshooting support for all educational systems and technical resources utilized within department. Updates and maintains web page content on Experian Intranet and SharePoint. Job Requirements and Qualifications Qualifications:
Minimum of four years of related experience PC skills including Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Microsoft Outlook experience preferred General database knowledge Strong organizational skills Strong oral and written communication skills Strong customer service skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Knowledge of HTML a plus Knowledge of SQL a plus Benefits Experian offers flexible benefits and compensation packages that allow our employees to make choices that fit their individual lifestyles.
