Under Armour is looking for a qualified, driven Night/ Weekend HR Business Partner, Manager to work at our Curtis Bay Distribution House (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 2 pm - 12 am and Saturday (flexible schedule) . What will I do at UA?
Partner with Operations and Floor Leadership in the application and interpretation of human resources policies on personnel issues
Coach Floor Leadership and teammates on employment conflicts and performance issues by providing best HR practices.
Acts as subject matter expert in full spectrum of HR (talent strategy, succession planning & performance management, talent acquisition, training & organizational development, associate relations, compensation & benefits.
Provide daily customer service and resolution to associate relations and employment issues
Conduct and complete internal investigations including but not limited to safety, misconduct, harassment, productivity, fraud, theft
HR review of all counseling/disciplinary action notices before delivery to teammate, once delivered update HRA for tracking
Develop and communicate additions and changes in company personnel policies and procedures i.e. Attendance policy, Dress code policy, Cell phone policy, Inclement weather
Administer annual performance review process for floor leadership and teammates
Monthly tracking and notification of review due dates for hourly teammates
Track and notification of delivered vs. not delivered to ensure timely delivery of hourly performance reviews
HR review of all hourly performance reviews before delivery (based on teammates date of hire)
Manage the annual performance review process through Success Factors for all of the DH – HR Business Partner for all of the DH
Subject Matter Expert for HR database systems (HR Anytime), timekeeping system (ADP EZ Labor) and reporting system (ADP Reporting).
Answer all questions and resolve all payroll issues/concerns presented by teammates
Input tax information for new hires and updates for current workforce
What does UA need from me?
3-5 years of experience as an HR Professional, preferably in a logistics/distribution environment
Must be flexible to cover between two weekend distribution shifts. 4/10 hour days – Thursday through Sunday (Approximate hours: Thurs/Fri = 4PM – 2AM, Sat/Sun = 2PM – 12PM)
Process strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, patience, collaborative, professional, dependable
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with ability to handle multiple tasks and demands
