Accreditation & Licensing Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
  • Complete state and accrediting agency new and revised program applications.
  • Complete distance learning program applications.
  • Provide notifications to states, accrediting agencies, and corporate and school staff related to program approvals.
  • Maintain SharePoint files of all program and course approvals documentation.
  • Review all assigned program applications, correspondence and reports for accuracy, consistency, quality, compliance, and strategic impact.
  • Review all assigned program applications for consistency between curriculum-in-a-box and school catalogs.
  • Solicit and maintain complete and accessible records/documentation of all program applications and reports.
  • Develop tracking and reporting tools for new and revised program development.
  • Respond to schools and corporate management and staff related to assigned applications.
  • Proactively insure adequate level of understanding of program application issues and requirements among school and corporate operations staff.
  • Coordinate with Regional Vice Presidents and school directors to respond to school budget deadlines.
  • Proactively track and review all assigned program applications to insure consistency, quality, compliance, timeliness and integration with other divisions.
  • Respond to applications master budget for all program applications work, noting applicable dates and deadlines to insure proper planning, communication, and execution.
  • Other related responsibilities and duties as assigned and or otherwise appropriate.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Superior written communication and oral presentation skills.
  • Superior computer processing and management skills.
  • Attention to detail and proofreading skills.
  • Can work independently and within teams.
  • Can maintain utmost confidentiality and discretion while ensuring appropriate parties are informed in a timely and effective manner regarding program application issues.
  • Ability to address multiple activities concurrently.
