$75K - $112K Salary range.
Responsibilities and Duties
Facilitates the integration and teamwork of the Cardiopulmonary Departments; Works in conjunction with the facility administrative staff, the Chief Medical Officer, and cardiac and pulmonary physicians to ensure the highest level of care for patients; Ensures all services provided meet all regulatory requirements and guidelines; Works with physicians to adopt and incorporate quality initiatives, understands economic considerations, and increases physician/hospital alignment; Responsible for development of strategic and tactical plans to maximize the effectiveness of Cardiovascular and pulmonary services; Will continue to develop product line and expand the business.
In depth knowledge of Cardiovascular standards of care and regulatory issues.
• Knowledge of marketing and business practices as they relate to healthcare is required.
• Must have current knowledge of the financial environment of healthcare, especially related to Cardiovascular Care
Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred (MSN, MBA, or MHA)
• Minimum of 5 years leadership experience in cardiovascular related fields or other program development service
