Hours
8-hour shift; 4:00 pm – 12:30 am (call requirement: weekend back-up calls and week day calls required)
Qualifications
Graduate of Nursing school required
Current California Registered Nurse licensure required
Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
One year recent ICU experience required in an acute hospital setting required
Recent PACU experience preferred
Computer documentation experience required
Cardiac Cath experience preferred
Completed and maintains all regulatory requirements including licensing and certification, and other mandatory training within established time frames.
Strong customer service and communication skills required
Summary
This position is for a very busy 15 bed Post-Anesthesia Care Recovery department at Sharp Grossmont Hospital.
