Requirements: This is a full-time position which requires some travel across the South and Central NJ offices.. Candidate will report to headquarters in Newark, NJ (495 North 13th Street)
Responsibilities include troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving issues with PC, laptop configurations, network connectivity, printers, and peripherals, datacenter support with Windows 2003/2008 servers, Exchange 2010, cabling. Position is client facing. Successful candidates are expected to have proven track record of providing a high-level of customer satisfaction and ability to meet service level agreements. Tremendous amount of opportunities to learn VoIP, networking technologies, virtualization, etc and move to an engineering position within the company.

Salary: up to $45K annually + mileage
