Sodexo is seeking a Director of Clinical Engineering for a large health system with hospitals located in Wisconsin and Illinois area. The Director provides overall management and supervision of strategically significant accounts located in the Wisconsin and Illinois area, assuming full responsibility for the account's operational and fiscal performance and ensuring that the mission, vision, values, and goals of Sodexo Clinical Technology Management.

As the Director, day to day responsibilities will be accomplished; projected growth will result; budgeted profitability will be achieved; expectations of existing customers will be met or exceeded; contractual relationships will sustain; and each person under the Resident District Manager's supervision will grow to their maximum potential. The Director integrates fully within the host facilities management team and organizational structure executing all duties and assignments in manner that meets or exceeds the facility's expectations. The Director will report to the District Manager and will sit on the Operations Leadership Team and play a vital role in the development of policy and procedure.

The ideal candidate will have:

-10 years of experience in the management of electronic, mechanical, or electro-mechanical repair

-Minimum of 5 years of experience within a healthcare setting with direct responsibility for the maintenance and repair of clinical devices.

-Minimum of 5 years management experience in healthcare at multi-facility or system level.

-Minimum of 5 years’ experience in management of medical imaging maintenance.

Position Summary:

Under the direction of the VP, Program Development & Support, provides national support for Clinical Engineering program operations. Ensures program consistency with respect to medical devices coding and nomenclatures. Ensures planned maintenance procedures exist for all program equipment. Provides statistical analysis of equipment maintenance trends. Ensures program compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Works closely with Sales Directors and District Managers. Provides account support and other development projects as requested.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related field.

Basic Management Experiance - 3 years

Basic Functional Experience -6 years in maintenance and repair of clinical devices.

Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
