McKesson's Corporate Information Technology (CIT) group believes that you can't transform your organization without deliberate attention to the people that make the changes happen. We are building a team of experienced change management professionals that understands the McKesson culture and is committed to embedding change management in the DNA of our organization. Current transformational efforts include a 5 year data center optimization effort and a large scale risk management program.
As a "change leadership manager", you will lead a team of change management professionals to plan, manage and deliver change management activities in accordance with McKesson and external best practices. Core work areas include:
- Change planning
- Stakeholder analysis
- Sponsorship engagement
- Communications design, development & delivery
- Training design & development
- Alignment session planning & facilitation
- Change network coordination
- Executive level reporting
- Fundamentals of change strategies, methods and tools
- Ability to bring structure to complex problems/transitions
- Comfort and effectiveness in working with senior leaders
- Excellent negotiation, influence, mediation and conflict management skills
- Ability to uncover underlying needs/issues
- Program management skills
- Ability to identify issues, risks and opportunities across systems
- Analytical skills applied to both process and people
- Ability to lead a small team of change professionals and to contribute to the design, development and delivery of change activities.
8+ years in change management or related field
5+ years experience/consulting with large scale change programs.
3+ years managing project teams
Clarity expertise, preferred
Data Center Transformation and/or Information Security Risk Management experience, preferred
4-year degree or related field or equivalent experience
