Greet guests and respond to requests in a friendly and courteous manner.
Serve food and/or beverages as required.
Promptly bus tables as guests complete each course and/or meal.
Replenish beverages as necessary and check with guests for overall satisfaction.
Maintain a professional, courteous, and positive attitude at all times and in all places.
Keep accurate records of food and beverage when sold by consumption. Perform side work as required.
Essential skills and experience:
High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have prior Food and Beverage service experience. Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills required.
Must have or be able to obtain within the introductory period, the following: TAM/TIPS card.
Must be over 21 yrs of age.
