Aricent Director/ Sr. Director Sales , Product Engineering Services
. The candidate will be responsible for selling Product Engineering and R&D solutions/services to
Telecom OEMs & ISV’s.
.Will be Responsible for negotiating and closing multi- year, multi-million dollar deals in the
telecommunication SOFTWARE space and OEM’S
Strong knowledge, understanding and relationships in the Texas and south central US
. Researching, establishing, building and maintaining relationships with prospects and customers.
. Responsible for generating leads , selling to potential customers in the target area,
. Building a strong Sales pipeline
. Will work as an individual contributor and be responsible to develop new business associations.
. Developing new account opportunities including deal analysis and structuring.
. Work experience of 10 to 15 years in Software Sales with extensive experience in Telecom software
. Strong sales background, with proven "hunter" attributes towards acquisition of new business.
. Should have Managed , BUILT & farmed large accounts with at least $15 M as Annual Target
. Should have demonstrated experience of “hi-touch selling” at CxO level & in making board level
presentations and propositions to customers
. Experience of selling Product Engineering & R&D solutions/services.
. Ability to uncover potential customers’ key buying influences.
. Skilled at noticing, observing and assessing potential customers (spoken and unspoken) concerns
. Outstanding verbal and written English communications skills; including excellent listening skills
. Team player, with a demonstrated record of working in matrix organizations
. Excellent commercial and business acumen.
. Self-motivated and able to work alone independently and has a proven track record of growing
business based on opportunity.
. Proven deal closing record and background in new business and proven sales lifecycle experience,
. Strong communicator with precise and concise articulation
Essential Attributes: An Engineering Degree preferably in Computer Science/Electronics with MBA
