The National Account Specialist will provide a single point of contact service for designated retail national accounts. Design, implement and manage national account contracts.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Comply with all EQ Management System policies and procedures
  • Communicate specific national account terms to EQ Divisions
  • Coordinate full use of EQ’s Service Centers and 3 rd party services for designated accounts
  • Maintain uniformity across all service centers rendering services for the contract
  • Solicit and support EQ’s products and services by motivating customers to increase utilization of all EQ facilities and services
  • EQAI Trip/Work Order Management
  • Research and solve customer concerns and questions
  • Work in conjunction with EQ’s National Account Managers
  • Enter customer information and data into EQAI and maintain customer files
  • Assist customers with waste characterizations and related documentation in accordance with facility, state, federal and local regulations
  • Maintain the customer’s master pick-up schedule and perform within the agreed time frame
  • Track and order supplies needed to support the account
  • Complete, audit and send invoices ensuring the customer’s requirements are met
  • Run and QA/QC the waste and/or financial data extract
  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures
  • Conduct contract specific training for the service center on an annual basis and when required for new employees
  • Complete all other assignments made by management
