Executive Services Associate (Executive Assistant) - 1347330

Description

Coordination of all activities of the Office of the Chief Operating Officer and for the efficient and orderly management of this office on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications
High school graduate. Two years of college study to include secretarial training and four years of secretarial experience. Experience may replace the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis. Two years of secretarial experience in a hospital setting preferred. Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent English language and typing skills. Excellent communications skills and ability to work effectively with others.
